    Welcome. It's hard to quit and especially when you can't immerse yourself in other things that build you. Maybe you can use your free time reading. Try reading the guides NoFap has in the "new to NoFap" board. It's really practical and will keep your mind free from relapsing. Keep it up! Better days lie ahead
