New here, where do I get started?

Hey everyone,

My name is Matt, I'm 25 years old, and I've had enough of porn and masturbating. I've tried quitting before and I've never lasted more than 3-4 weeks, but I never knew there was a supportive online community I could turn to for help. I'm hoping I'll be able to do it for real this time around.

So, where should I go next? What sort of resources are available on this site? (And is there any glossary of terms available? There's a lot of new terminology and acronyms I'm not familiar with here)
