Hi there! I am 21 year old male from San Diego and I have been having hard time quiting MO i.e. Masturbation and Orgasm. I have been able to successfully quit Porn for more than 5 months now. However, I couldn't develop the habit to resist the urge of using my imagination to Masturbate and reach orgasm. Even upon resisting PM then, I still feel urge to engage in sexual intercourse with my partners. Hence, the orgasm is the main root I want to abstain from. I am challenging myself for a 7 days of no PMO. I'm not sure how this is community is, but its worth a shot. Thanks!

We all are in the same boat, so there is no single space for judgement here. Maybe it's a good idea to keep a journal.
