Yes. That phone thing is very very annoying to me. I have an old flip phone, no internet on it, and texting is a chore...so I call people, no texting.

I had a buddy of mine that I pised off when I seized his phone....he was texting while driving...I was the passenger...I told him to go pound salt and threw the phone in the glovebox lol.

I wish that you find the right man. Maybe you'll find that man while doing what you like, stuff like hobbies and stuff. Wish you the best, to heal your heart!

 

not only you have to heal, but you are re-organizing your life, so you have another "mourning" to go thru I guess....you are courageous! Many ladies stay in abusive relationship without being able to get out of the "forcefield". You did it!

For the cell phone peeps, I stay away from them. I take an "offended" stance, on a purpose, to show them they are rude.

 

Ugh, I can't stand seeing guys glued to their phones! Lift your head, look around, take in the people who are around you. And I know it's worse for you because of the ex and who knows what they're doing on their phones, ugh. Is your ex still coming to your job? And how's your gastroparesis? I'm sure you're skin and bones by now.

Never feel guilty about ending things with your ex. He has a problem that could prove to be life-long. He's an addict. That's not your problem. Don't feel guilty, period. I know that's easier said than done!

Hope you've been enjoying your yoga. Have you ever heard of Yoga with Adriene? I love her! (tried to share a link here and it assumed I was posting a video so it didn't work; just search for yoga with Adriene on Youtube) She's very "normal," and I think she's very respectful with her clothing choices and camera angles. I'm proud to say I did her whole yoga bootcamp this year! Her "I am worthy" session made me cry.

Keep at it, yoga buddy. I hope you're doing awesome and just letting yourself feel what you need to feel and do what you need to do.

 

Hi, I also don't like people gluing with their phones. I got a old model Sony phone; it don't have any social network apps and mainly use for musics. And when there's gathering with my friends, sometimes, most of them will be sticking with their phones with games, facebook etc. and I'm the only one who didn't do that; Well I just can't. At least spend some time to study my old friend's countenance is better than my phone. Love yourself more, everyone deserve their own love. And wish you can find a man whom loves you that willing to quit PMO for you. Stay strong

That's true and very understandable. I just wanted to check on you to see if you were ok. But you are right, this forum is for people with "recovery" in mind.
