Just hit the 30 day no PMO mark for the first time since joining nofap!! Couldn’t have done it without this site, let alone did I ever think I could make it this far. Other than the obvious benefits, I’m more so proud of myself for sticking to this for this long. We all know how difficult it is to fight this disease and I want everyone that reads this to know: you CAN do it. Stop making excuses! I once read something on here that really resonated with me. I don’t remember the word for word quote, but it was something like this: “Whether you ever watch porn or masturbate again for the rest of your life is completely 110% up to you. It is in your control” Anyway, thanks everyone. The fact that we can all come together as a team with a common goal and support each other makes all the difference
