I relapsed yesterday, was on day 6, the streak before that I was on day 7. Not much, but I struggled to get that far.
My God. I thought you had 70 day or something. I can’t do long term thinking like that. I have to do day by day, even moment by moment sometimes. A friend said all you have to do to get 200 days is do one day 200 times. But we have to do it our own way. I think we’re on the same day almost 7 for me
I wish I was on day 70 lol. You have the right mindset, doing it day by day, I try to a mix of long term and short term thinking, with mixed results.I find myself getting really hung up on counting days sometimes. Perhaps it would be wise of me to focus more on each individual day, that seems to be the way most guys do it.
Only takes doing One day...., 200 times in a row. A wiser fellow than me here on nofap gave me that advice.
