Ok so first thingh is to start with the job and make a agoal to get better at the job or if there is an oppurtunity to advance in the heierarchy chain then focusing energy on that as well, watch some comedy(Gabriel Iglesias is good)
also find thinghs you like to do(example be swimming, biking) walking on trails opens up ways to meet people(I started by saying hi to strangers on the trail i walk on sometimes), you can also get a dog to have company.
