Just turned 22, and I am feeling lost after I relapsed.

I've discovered nofap 2 years ago, I kept trying to stop, and I really cannot, even I know it's really bad for me, I am now in the step where I can't control myself any more, my longest streak was almost 40days, I really want to stop porn and fap forever, it damaged my whole body and my mind, I feel depressed, face is dull and pale, dark circles, acne, lack of quality sleep, induced fetishes and imaginations, I really feel lost now, I feel like I will never stop, and will never succeed, please help.
