Sup. I've been tyna quit P and M for about 2 years now after realising I had no libido and signs of ED. I can't remember when it stopped but 2 years ago is when I noticed and now I'm 20. I figured it was a case of over masturbation and desensitisation which could be cured by 1-2 weeks of abstinence. I was definitely wrong. In this time I only ever managed to reach the 2 week mark maybe twice and the 3 week mark once. In none of these periods of abstinence did my libido return. More recently I realised this was a sign of addiction. I tried self porn blockers which partially worked as I could no longer look up porn on the laptop but it became apparent to me I'd give in to less explicit images and youtube videos which were not blocked as well as still being able to use my phone (although slightly less inclined). Anyway to cut short, I found this website which seemed to confirm to me that porn was the likely cause of my libido problem as well as possibility contributed to anxiety, depression and mind fog. Realising this has made me more motivated than ever to quit permanently. Seems strange to have an addiction to porn when you have no libido. But I could still get turned on when mixing porn with physical stimulation. But anything less than that does very little for me. Anyway, on day 8 now and feeling confidence I'll be able to go for months. Hardest thing is to have ingrained in my mind why I'm doing it else the motivation dies. Which is I guess why I've joined this site as reading other people's comments is a handy reminder =]
