    Just fapped and started now with this com. I feel very sick like I can't be able to be in couple. I think I cannot reach girls or if I do, I think I can't make them happy (in my couple) in real life.

    Welcome.

    A changed man. Everytime. It only amplifies with each passing month. Some weeks or months seem to be a flatline but it doesn't plummet to a rock bottom as you would by returning to PMO.
