I've been having so much trouble throught the past 8 months just trying to get past my 4 days streak. Today marks the last day of my 7-days no PMO session. I feel so accomplished and will finally be able to sleep with gratification... FINALLY!! I will be working hard to acheive my goal of no PMO for another week; and I pledge that I will put in all my effort into completing this journey no matter what happens. I'm here to tell you guys not to lose hope; I lacked motivation throughout this journey but never managed to quit. HERE IS MY ADVICE: DO NOT QUIT BECAUSE EVERYTIME YOU QUIT YOU GO BACK TO THE BEGINNING OF THE JOUNREY. JUST ASK GOD FOR HELP AND HE'll BE THERE HOLDING YOUR HANDS AND WALKING YOU THROUGH THIS TOUGH JOURNEY. TRUST ME
