Walking doesn't cost anything. Nofap sure as hell doesn't cost anything. Water costs a lot cheaper than any other drink. Fast food is expensive. Having spent too much money is also a good reason to change! Tally up your expenses for a much, see what you're paying and where, then redirect those. If you're buying fast food, make your own meals that are cheaper and healthier for you!
More reason to make the cheaper and healthier meals eh? That way over time you can put money aside to pay off these debts. I don't want to be this guy cause I know how it feels to be in a rough spot, but I cannot emphasize enough what I'm suggesting. I can tell you these things, but if you don't don't do them, they won't help. I truly do hope you'll start making small changes here and there though. I'll keep helping you out as long as I'm on these forums (which should be at least 66 more days ).
I've done the things I suggested I get up early twice a week at 5am and go for a run. Even if the things they are saying is true it doesn't mean you have to be subjected to it. Is it possible for you to distance yourself with this particular set of people?
