I've hit 30 Days for the second time (Tips for a Strong Mindset)

  1. Hello everyone!

    So I've reached 30 days for the second time. My previous highest streak was 33 days. I'm being given the change to try again as in a few days it'll be my Birthday and I'll be able to start from 33 days where I failed previously. A birthday present to me ;)

    Benefits:

    I would say physically I've just been going through the standard withdrawals and flatline. I got a boost of libido (false libido that craves PMO) but it died out pretty quick. I've also had one wet dream so far. But by far the biggest benefit is how strong my mindset is now. I don't even THINK about PMO anymore. I do think about sexy women from time to time but never to fap to Pornography.

    The Positive changes:

    1. Much sharper mind
    2. Less caring of what others say (I walk with my head up and with proper posture)
    3. Easily retain information (Which helped in my studies)
    4. Getting much stronger in my lifts
    5. Voice has become stronger (Also thanks to quitting smoking)
    6. Feel more daring and flirty when talking to girls
    7. Extreme random bursts of energy from time to time
    8. I don't break eye contact when walking towards men (and they move away, sometimes intimidated). Same for women, I just look until they stop looking. (I don't do this intentionally, but for some reason I can't control it.)
    Negative changes:

    1. Sudden loneliness and longing for female company (in a more sexual manner like cuddling etc.)
    2. Flatline (Penis is dead)
    3. After wet dream felt like I lost some of that "stored energy".
    My Goals:

    • Reach 90 Days, and then beyond.
    • Find a girlfriend (Not too hard, but the anxiety of not being able to perform is worrying)
    • Improve my studies
    • Improve my strength
    • Become more hardworking (Wake up early & sleep early. Get things done throughout the day and not be lazy.)
    • Cure my PIED and become a sexual beast who can have sex on demand.

    The BIGGEST factor that helped me:

    I have a REALLY good Accountability Partner. He checks in on me daily and I do the same. We're really close and don't hide anything from each other. You have absolutely no idea how important this can be. Sometimes we relapse because we're lonely and don't have a means of escape, but when you share your suffering with someone else it takes a huge weight off your shoulders. I've tried about 15+ AP's and all of them were people who stopped contacting me halfway, or really didn't care to speak at all. They'd say a few things then they couldn't be bothered anymore. But having found this AP of mine has helped my journey tremendously.

    I suffer from PIED. I had a minor success where I could finish with a partner but not through PIV sex yet. Now it's been 30 days and I had a mini-milestone where I had a wet dream (A positive indicator). I can't wait to go further and actually have more to share here.

    And good luck to your road to 90 days, i am also on this road but it's just day 2 for me today.

    Looking forward to the benefits. Some of them i also noticed when i was longer PMO-free.
