Is there a point to NoFap when you're ugly?

@Op: are you still reading this ? I will try to give you some reasons to do noFap:

1) I start with this one because at your age you care a lot about girls: if you are below average looking in your youth, most likely you will not get much sex. Thus you will have regrets and low self esteem. Once you will reach your 30s you will (hopefully) have a paycheck and thus a good time period to get plenty of sex by going to escorts. If you do PMO in your youth, you will have less stamina and vitality to enjoy actual sex. This is my situation, I could afford sex multiple times a day with escorts, but I very rarely have the desire to do so. I jut do not feel like it, something I could not even imagine in my sex starved, desperate younger days.

2) You most likely have worries about how you will find your wife/partner, how there is a chance you will go through life without finding someone, and this sort of thinking. First, recognize that, while it is legitimate, most likely you have also been bullied or shamed with regards to this fact. Secondly, bullies want to steal your self esteem, by humiliating you they feel better themselves for a short while - it does not mean that they know much about life and reality. So make plans with this regard, focus on getting a good job, think about how you can attract a below average looking girl, save money in case you want to pay a hot girl to make children with you, plan sex trips in asia - stuff like that. This is most important, make some plans, envision your future - do not just be passive and depressed because of being passive. A NoFap challenge will slightly increase your self esteem, and it will get you into a proactive mindset.

3) When you are young, girls are cruel and superficial, boys are bullies - but believe me it gets much better with age. After 30 looks still matter most, but way less than before. It is now more important what have you done with your life and what job you have. Doing NoFap will bring you the extra energy, time and vitality to simply work more to get a well paid job and to build a career for yourself. An above average paycheck will not only open up tons of options for getting sex, it will also give you a better life and the ability to help your family and loved ones.

4) Life is about girls when you are young. However, with age comes wisdom and you realize that there are way more important things and it is only the media/porn that clouds your priorities when young. There are a lot of great things a man can accomplish in this world, having lot of sex is not one of them.

5) You compete with other men at a disadvantage. Work to build up your strong points. Go to the gym, get straight As, get a PhD, get a well payed job, write books, give speeches in your field of work, start a business, make friends with hard working people, etc. Every single thing that can give you an advantage is a lot more important to you than to an above average looking guy. This NoFap thing will give you not only extra energy but extra time. Just think how many books you could read in one year instead of that half an hour a day of porn.

6) There are things you should be grateful for and duties that you have to fulfill and debts you have to repay. Media and porn will blind you from seeing them and will lower your self esteem. With NoFap you will think better, clearly. It will improve the way you make decisions and how you plan your future. Here is a thought experiment: imagine you are in the center of a large city. Every few minutes a hot girl will walk pass you. If you do porn, you will inevitably focus your attention on her and look at her. If your brain is not hooked on porn, you will keep concentrating on whatever you were doing and this will not be a distraction. Sounds like a small thing, but multiply this loss of concentration by 10, 20 or 30 years and see how much it actually costs you. Try to break free from the spell of porn.
