    I am tired of this binge relapses. PMO destroyed my Present, Past and Future. Even my parents can see it now that i am addicted to something serious. My lonliness, shyness, anxiety has costed me a big price. I wan't to face the world. I don't wan't to be chained in addictions. My acne has been worse. My diet is usually junk. I hope to get some help here so that i can be free from this 10 year old PMO devil.

    I’ve been where you are.Tired of the relapses and tired of life but you can’t let it get to you and give up, keep trying to improve your life and eventually you’ll get so sick of relapsing that you use all that anger as motivation to push you forward. I was struggling with 4-5 days for 3 years , one day I got so pissed off I slammed my phone and broke it, I used dat anger and learned more got new habits and took tips and now Nofap is so easy and My life is the best it’s ever been

    Thanks Guys. I know PMO addiction can take the worst out of us. Addictions of a decade really becomes a habit like breathing to us. My conciousness was taken to down to hell with Porn. I know i am not doing this alone. We were never alone in this fight. Thanks a lot guys.

    No problem, just remember it’s not gonna happen in a day it’s gonna require ALOT of time and commitment
