Hello I have struggled with porn and masturbation for years. Some people believe if you engage in these activities you eventually can invite spirits to come into your life. Have anyone here experience this? Thanks

I don't personally believe in literal demons or spirit entities that will come and mess with you or whatever. I have met a lot of people that believe in those things and in my opinion it is your belief in those entities that fuels your imagination that they are haunting you or whatever. At the same time, I believe that watching porn compulsively (or doing any shameful/addictive behavior) invites metaphorical demons into your mind and psyche. In the sense that it effects how you act and think, and the content of your intrusive thoughts. My 2 cents.
Well, my experience does not disprove this theory. I too have struggled with porn and masturbation for many year . . . and I have had some uncomfortable, disturbing, even terrifying experiences with the spirit world. Maybe I'm just a sensitive guy who picks up on this energy. Or . . . maybe all my masturbation made me weak and susceptible. Perhaps my most potent example: I stayed at a haunted hotel. In the middle of the night I was attacked. I was filled with a cold terror. I could not move and I could not call for help. My girlfriend was lying next to me. I tried so hard to move and to call out by I could not get enough air in my lungs to make a sound. It was AWFUL and I stayed awake until the next morning only feeling peace as the sun rose and the room started to fill with light. The next morning I told my girlfriend what happened and she did not believe me. She woke up at the same time and heard me making barely audible moans and barely perceptible movements. That was me, trying to yell and trying to move! But she was laying there the whole time, awake . . . thinking that I was masturbating! True story. It's like the entity was trying to break us up. She was pissed off!
Catholic here. Never experienced it personally but I know people who have. Traditionally, the lord of lust is Asmodeus. Not sure who would be under him, in the hierarchy of angels/demons. Whatever your belief system, porn is evil and it provides an open door to evil spirits. Call them whatever you want, they're metaphysically real and they will fuck you up if you let them.
Just an fyi but exorcists also mention that it's not wise to use the demon's proper name as that can also invite them.
So I haven't experienced anything like that personally, but as a Christian, I will definitely say that I believe we are living through a worldly spiritual battle right now. Some experience the battle a bit more harshly than others obviously, but to some extent, I believe all believers deal with it in one way or another. Depending on your spiritual beliefs, it may be a good idea to talk to a spiritual advisor or pastor that you trust completely.
I know that porn is opening spiritual gateways for deamons to enter into your life. Reason that after a heavy relapse I am spiritually bound. Reason that after a relapse all I can expect is anger, conflicts and failure. When I relapsed I literally felt something dark and heavy has entered my spirit. It screws up my intimicy and peace with God. For me this battle is a spiritual one.
I don't know, but if that is real my house will have enough spirits for not have enough space for myself
i had lust related moments where my life went sideways porn or no porn (lost friends/relationships), masturbation or no masturbation. more than a couple of times. there are certainly demonic forces at play in a least one of these events. i don't know how to describe how these entities would act as it is probably beyond my senses. through Christ and tales of blessed exorcists catholic priests, i can be sure that these things are not a joke. my theory is that in these moment, i let these spirits guide me to get "what i want" instead of taking into account the divinity in each individual, and sanctifying that.
A good friend of mine is also very religious. He said that some souls (souls that could not let go this physical world due to addictions like smoking or maybe also porn) and also Jinns/Demons want to control a person, so they can engage in the act... I could believe him actually. But this story besides, PMO is a very hard drug!!
