    Hope you quickly got up and kept going. This is a marathon, and when you fall, you get up and keep going. It can slow you down a bit, but you are still inthe race if you don't give up and throw in the towel.
    I would really worry if you had relapsed and felt great about it. Feeling terrible is a good sign, but avoid that feeling in the future.

    instead of watching P this weekend, I spent time with friends and family. Tomorrow, I will work on winterizing and fixing a set of wheels.

    Well, I went for a walk too. It was quite a beautiful experience meditating on a solitary bench and being mesmerised by the morning sun. I find that nature can heal my soul, in a quasi-spiritual way. I am resolved to evolved from the tedium and the multitudes.
