Intention thread: "Today, instead of watching porn, I will . . ."

We are all in the process of giving up porn and rebooting. That gives us more time each day to do what we did not have time to do before. Each day we can intend to use that time in a positive premeditated way, that will help us to grow, go forward, and not fall back. What will we plan do today?

Today, instead of using porn, I will read a great book, "The Day the Revolution Began."

 

Today,instead of looking at porn, I will spend time with my family.

Yes, The next 30 . . . in Ages 40+
It is not a blowout, but I was hoping for a closer game.
I spent most of the day with family, so I am veging out a bit on football. Louisville has its hands full, and I cannot believe Clemson.

 

Today instead of watching porn, I will get my reports in and then do some yard work.

 

I will clean house and mow the yard. (I will actively burn some calories and have more to show for it than sweaty gym clothes.)

 

I had plans after my morning apointment, but I got a phone call, and the rest of my day got planned for me. I didn't get to do what I as planning, but I also had no oportunity to do what I am avoiding, so today was another win!

 

My daughter called, her garbage disposal unit was clogged and leaking, and she was preparing an early Thanksgiving supper for coworkers who were going to be working overtime all next week. Replacing the unit was the first job, and lots more got done. Looking back it was a great day, just very unplanned.
