My name is Thomaz, 27 years old, Brazilian, not in a relationship right now.

I masturbate since i was 14, i never stoped and always kept getting deeper in porn.
Started martubartion just by thinking about the girls i liked, then went to fashion magazines, then to naked pictures and finally porn. I tried to quit porn but was no good.

I am a christian but it is not the only reason i want to stop. Im sick of not having control over my mind and body, i see my self as a weak person for not been able to stop. Everyday is a battle for me.

I realise that i masturbate as a way of compensation. Everytime i get frustrated with something or even when i successful acomplish something, masturbation and porn is my compensation.
By Frustration: since things did not go out as i planed, well i deserve a compensation, would not be fair if i dont jerk off.
By acomplishing something: Since you got what you want and everything is ok, you should "get" one for been succesful.
I am aware of this behavior, but i hate my self after doing it, wish i had my hands choped.
I want to stop stop so bad.
As a Christian, does not matter if its is a sin or not but the fact that i dont think it is correct and i still do it. I believe porn is not good on the eyes of the Lord i even if it was, it is not good on my eyes. BUT I LOVE THE PLEASURE.

My excuses as a christian is: Everywhere i look, i see sex. Television, internet, when i go to the beach or the gym, or even walking on the street, Brazil is a tropical country so girls are aways showing her "goods". Girls use yoga pants to go to the movies for god sakes. I have sexual stimulation everywhere. That is my excuse as a christian.

I know im not a special case and i fucking adore you guys for achieving freedom from this crap addiction. I also want to get free, so please help in anyway you can.
