I wanted to list down things, i facing right now, is just beyond what normal people do... Literally i just want to lock myself in a room, with no technology, so, i won't doubt myself whether it's a relapse again... Things that are normalize but got me triggered whether it is a relapse:

People dancing crotch dance when they put their hand on penis area, also both gender when standing still, we place our hand on private part area or on butt etc... and especially those thugs people randomly put their hands in pant.
Doubt in my head " they place their hand pussy & penis what if it's a sexual suggestion " ?

Even little kids near my house run naked, back in my mind " They're naked, that's a relapse " please do not take this wrong turn, i'm no pedo... i have a fear of relapse please be understandable

Even any shape of form, like if i view it as sexual things like... Banana place between 2 oranges, that's look like a penis, then a weird muntjac deer their strange glands look like pussy etc...

Because of these triggered i unable to concentrate at work and communication, i haven't feel like myself for half months which is crazy... I have so many projects that i unable to finalize it. my main goals is no PMO only besides anything i won't considered relapse or even thought about it... What's I'm describing is not triggered me to do PMO, it's triggered me whether it is a relapse that i did not know. Overall the whole sound really mental ill, i hope anyone understand and please help me, i seriously could not continue living like this... (REPOST cause nobody response)

dude i don't know any of this hmf or 123 potatochamp... please chill out.
Guess my mental illness really got people thinking me into this... im sorry then, i will vent out for awhile... i work 9 to 6... i seriously have no strength to do these type of stuffs, while managing my anxiety at the same time is already left me draining the fk out... I've been in this forum for over 2 years... i don't see the point of create multiple accounts for seeking answers...

How about just setting PMO as something that counts as a relapse for your personal situtation, just for the beginning?

While focusing on that you can also work on stop looking at things that trigger you and when you look then you don't relapse but work on looking away.

The end goal would be to be able to not get distracted by anything and keep your attention by time maybe weeks, months or even years we hope that will be the normal way of being
