Might have turned her on too knowing this guy might be a stud :cool: I am actually glad that you are committing to gaining weight. A lot of people talk and talk and talk about becoming better, yet they don't do the walk. You're talking and walking! That's a really good thing and I hope you do well. Keep it up!

    part of loving your self is being aware of what you put in your body, key reminder when shopping there is no process or qualified on looker to stamp food as "organic" so any food distributor , manifactor can basically call anything "organic" dont be fooled by that name, and the first few ingredients on the product list has the most in it, warning they hide sugar behind many names ,https://blog.virtahealth.com/names-for-sugar/

    today is day 3 of my 3 days off, one out of those days i skipped dinner ,huge no no but i was just so sick i didnt want to do anything, but i havent worked out in 3 days also, but when i began working out just couple weeks ago i couldnt do 5 push ups i couldnt do 5 regular sit ups even when i anchored my feet to make it more easier, but i feel better today so i did sit ups amazingly i can do 20 Russian twist sit ups without stopping and 20 something push ups without stopping ,it lifted my spirits ,
     
  7. Greetings from me , Anubi . Here is what i have to say. Be careful on gym. It is a scheme getting money out of your pocked most of the time . Be careful on dirty gain and in eating too much protein. Body need balance. All of them builders are sick. Look for a healthy lifestyle , balanced . Beans are great proteins with lentils and other foods like them . Eat whole grain. Nuts . I eat almonds everyday except when i substitute them with walnuts . I am not vegan , brother i recommend fish , eggs and meat in moderation. Make bean food and whole grains the foundation. Add veggies and those big proteins you are talking, but hey , meat slowers blood circulation. Meat must not be often . Fish gotta be your choice for protein . Look for the perfect techniques for each exercise . Do the compounds . Don't get sick just to look big. ( Currently your height 84 kilo , dropped from 94 on purpose, shredded a lot of fat and my power results are jumping. )

    my trainer is putting me into intense works outs, my muscle are screaming out to stop this madness,thou i dont feel like im putting on weight my legs,calves an arms are looking abit defined, its still a struggle to even get past the minimum daily calorie / protein intake ,im still pushing threw, i well be doing my monthly weight check in, starting next month ,it well be monthly ,the next morning at work my muscles are sore,im tired no matter that i drink coffee,im still slow tired, my trainer recommended a amino acid powder for drink that helps with faster muscle recovery etc,i told her i dont want creatine she says its not creatine so iwell putting this new into my routine ,

    yeah i gotta be careful with the protein plus all the food intake, it well be alot of work for my body to break it down, i realize i need to be careful with not too much red meats or foods that well clog me,im actually not big on red meats im not too big on it i think its a natural mechanism i possess, at first i felt it wasnt good cause i only eat tiny red meats but today i realize its actualy a safe practice ,but thanks for looking out man i appreciate it

    leg 19 1/2 inches
    chest 95 mm
    arm 13 1/2 inches
    forearm 11 1/4 inches

    well be clocking this in at least every 30 days :emoji_muscle:

    im just sticking to the measurements i get at the fitness gym ,i got it checked October 26
    weight 136.9 lbs when i started out an got scaled there, it was October 2nd i was starting at 135.5 lbs, seems low but definitely im looking toned an im still struggling to get into a healthier meal plan but im almost there ,more proteins more carbs

    i still hit the gym ive made a commitment i intend to stick to, but for some reason i always feel like im light, that im losing weight, my diet i struggle to maintain is, 2500 calories, 200 grams proteins, 300 g carbs, i eat more then i never done before because in the past i struggled with anxiety attacks an it interfered with my eatting so i ate small amounts an i was always under weight, my anxiety attacks havent been showing up more months now, i feel like new guy, tomorrow my trainer is going to do a weigh in , i hope its good results,

    today im 40 days nofap and today was weigh in i stand at 139.3 lbs ,these small gains sure lift my spirits, my trainer after she checked weighed me in today said i feel lighter because of my muscle is gaining so thats why i feel lighter, i totall changed my eating habits, so its a tremendous shift with my thoughts an emtions, your gut is pretty much your second brain, depending what you eat effects your thoughts an emotions thus a new view on life, i find when i eat till im full it likes a warm cozy blanket being wrapped around me, i still dont eat huge in one sitting i spread it out, like two breakfasts two lunchs, an two dinners,
     
  18. This is too much . I am 183 lbs and that is more than I need I believe .
    That is great, but stick to eat when you are hungry.

    Being committed is the right thing to do. Stay committed and go slowly. I know we all want progress fast, but fast don't last. As you say you are happy for small improvement, stay happy and work on it. 200 grams of protein is not appropriate for the body to function, I believe. All of them bodybuilders have sick guts, etc because of it.

    my trainer has a online log, i input my weight , height,age,then the results show im under wieght an need show what i need to gain,and reccomended nutrition intake should be, i actually cant eat what theyre ideal is ,i dont get to crazy with the eatting like body builders but iam gaining with the regular eatting,it would show different results for you thou probably not as much as me
