    2. Training of our new cook this week, she will pick up our menu easily.

    # Listened to podcasts (Sincerely X) and learnt a lot from them:
    1 Prisoners deserve second chance+ support
    2 People need better mental health services
    3 Tech is making us Alone, together. But it is inevitable.

  13. Fuck it, my day is too good, so let's share some more.
    1. Got my creatine, now about to train my muscles.
    2. Had really good meals
    3. Positive about future, no matter what happens.
    I really really really hope everyone gets the best out of this beautiful thing called life. If you're sad - it will pass; depressed - you will win over it. Change mentality, habits - whatever - just go and get it - get out of there. Tell the girl you like the truth about your feelings, tell someone something you've been afraid to tell. Fake it till you make it, just do something about it!

    1. went to the beach with my mountainbike to train
    2. went to my dad and had a good time
    3. last but not least, making an account on nofap. Needed to be done

    I relaps every 3 weeks or so,. Want to extend this period

    3. Slowly eating healthier, it isn't easy when you work in a restaurant that makes damn good fries, but baby steps, like the rest of our lives. Can't quit because its hard.

    Cold shower, yoga and journaling also... Gratefulness.
    Took some creatine and did 100 push ups in 4 sets. Feels great.

    3. Did a sleep study to see if I have sleep apnea and slept horribly.
