Fuck it, my day is too good, so let's share some more. 1. Got my creatine, now about to train my muscles. 2. Had really good meals 3. Positive about future, no matter what happens. I really really really hope everyone gets the best out of this beautiful thing called life. If you're sad - it will pass; depressed - you will win over it. Change mentality, habits - whatever - just go and get it - get out of there. Tell the girl you like the truth about your feelings, tell someone something you've been afraid to tell. Fake it till you make it, just do something about it!

Woke up early, motivated. Cold shower, yoga and journaling also... Gratefulness. Took some creatine and did 100 push ups in 4 sets. Feels great.
