I don't want any rationalizing "sugar is good for you" deceptions in this thread please, but rather PRACTICAL simple ways to eat without any toxic sugar. Thank you.
? Just don't drink any sodas and don't eat any stuff that contains added sugar. In general don't eat processed foods since they usually contain refined sugar. It's easy in theory but more difficult in practice since many people might get cravings. If you do, always have ripe fruit available so you don't crave refined sugar. Foods that naturally contain sugar are absolutely fine unless you consume them in huge quantities. The problem lies solely with refined sugar.
Everything that requires an unnatural process to be produced like adding chemicals, requiring great heat, isolating nutrients etc. Just eat what grows on the earth and you're fine.
Red Eagle pretty much has you covered. The thing is, even fruits have sugar, but they also have tons of vitamins and some have fiber and other things you need. So what you're looking to get away from is "added" or "refined" sugar... sugar that wasn't naturally there and doesn't need to be. Cutting out sweets, soda, the obvious, will take you a long way.
