Just wanted to analyze. Nofap has greatly benefitted and got commited. Both in the honeymoon phase and planning on doing the deed daily at least once .Been a virgin so long that's why asking this
Trust me guys, abstain and wait for real sex those who wish to lead a married life. Sex with an emotionally connected partner is the bestest feeling ever. STOP ALL THIS PORN AND MASTURBATION. God created orgasm to be enjoyed with a soul bird and we humans abused it. Good luck on nofap

I have been married for 10 years. Started my NoFap journey since 1 year. I have started enjoying sex with my wife after I have I started NoFap. I didn’t even realize what I was missing before 1 year.
I have sex with my wife 3-4 time per week and it’s really good. I wish I would’ve done this earlier in my life. I am 39 yo now.

I am 24 years. Haven't experienced any before. So no idea how much is the routine or the maximum limit

I’m actually doing NoFap because of my relationship. My porn addiction has caused me to develop anxiety during sex with my partner. On my own I can get off multiple times a day even, but with my partner I struggle to get erect and struggle to finish at times. This disease has eaten away at me so much. I think it fried my brain and warped my perception of intimacy. We only have sex around once a week, and I know she wants more but often I can’t provide that. The worst part is, sex with someone you love truly is fantastic. When it’s great, it’s so incredible. You really feel connected to this person. It’s so much better than PMO. But when your brain is wired to crave a certain sensation, it feels like nothing else—even something much better—can fill that. I am on this journey now to rewire my brain because I want to up those numbers and make her feel satisfied again.
