I think I'm addicted to watching porn for 5 years? When I grew up my brain thought, that porn is a good and normal thing. When i was 15 and heard about NoFap, i've realized how porn was destroying my life.. I've couldn't talk to anybody, 0 motivation, no interest for anything. Only what i was doing, was playing games on PC and watching porn. So i've decided to rehab. But i kept on relapsing.. And i was basically still on day 0... Year passed, and i went to second school, and i've realized i need to change NOW. So i've started to read some books and also started to play on guitar. I really like it. When i am feeling urges, i am not thinking that i must stop to think about porn (even tho you are still thinking about porn), i just think in my head what it does to my body ( what i am feeling ), and then i just say "I WANT TO be better person".

If you want to replace a bad habit, you need to start a new good habit.

In kind of against counters, at least for people just starting off. If you go from edgeing for hours every day to transgendered person porn for a month to pmoing once a day for 5 minutes to vanilla porn for a month, you've clearly improved even though the counter will read zero in both cases.

Plus they make you think that since you're already back at zero you might as well indulge a lot.

I was just reading about benzo withdrawals and its almost exactly like what I have been gong thru. Benzos can take up to two years and from what I have read very similar symptoms.
