My day just begun and at this moment I'm a bit hungry; it's lunch time =D
I'll stay alone at home this weekend so I need to be careful. I'll eat, study calculus and then go outside do some exercises, hopefully everything will go fine today.

Now, how about YOU, Mr. OP? What you gonna do today???? How are you feeling?

Feel little depressed... the whirlpool of Internet surfing absorbs me. I need to stop now.

I put on a stopwatch whenever I go on the Internet so I know how long I'm actually spending on there. I think a lot of relapses happen when your just surfing around doing nothing even without that it's still a bit of a waste of time and very easy done

Good idea. Especially if it involves porn. The thing I hate most is the loss of hours upon hours. Makes me so angry and irritable.

I'm okay thanks. Spending the afternoon in IKEA reading and drinking copious amounts of free refills :)

Good on you for getting out; that's always a good thing to do.

Well done for saying it - that's the first and hardest part. How about a walk - go clear your head, try take a couple of nice photos of a flower, a building, anythgin that gets your mind working.
    Good luck!
