Hello guys. I hope to get help here...

Sup guys. Im 22 year old male which never had any problems getting laid or sleep with women. That was untill 2 years ago. I was in healthy relationship and i became addicted to porn. I can say that it ruined everything in my life. Not to brag i had sex with 8 girls untill now. Today i cant even approach women. I feel like i disgust them... I lost my job and all of my friends, my girl... Now i live again with my parents and i dont want to do anything.. All i do is fap and sleep all day. It's embarrassing but i cant help myself. I also suffer from anxiety... I hope nofap can help me get my life again... Thank you guys.
