Listen to your mind and body. If that's what you suspect, act on bettering your situation by abstaining for some period to see if the symptom goes away. If you think you need medical attention, seek it. Nobody here can diagnose you. With that in mind, many of us are very well aware of the wide spectrum of symptoms that are likely associated with both excessive PMO as well as withdrawal.

Out of curiosity, what is "excessive masturbation" for you? And what has been your history with PMO in general? Are you edging?
