Hello guys I've been 5 days without porn and masturbation, I'm really horny but happy to be able to keep myself under control.
I've been having serious problem falling asleep I wonder if you guys have had any problems like this during your rebooting.

I can sleep but it takes me hours, let's say I get to bed to 11 p.m sometimes it takes to 2a.m to fall asleep.

  2. Hi Mate, this happens to me all the time.

Ive spoke with my doc about it a few times actually and the advice they he gave to me that has worked best is....

Dont take any electronic devices with you to bed... only sleep in bed, maybe read a book... maybe. Not on a kindle.
    Dont eat too late
have a routine you do before bed. shower, a glass of water, go to the toilet, lock the door, brush your teeth.
Try not to exercise within 2 hours from the time you want to go to sleep.
    Limit caffeine
Meditate - relaxes the body and mind

But he also said that if you go to bed, and after an hour you are still rolling around and cant sleep, get up and do something passive, a gentle walk, read a book, housework (nothing on a screen) then try and sleep when the next somnolence wave comes.

If you cant sleep because you are horny... Try a cold shower, some brisk exercise or something to take your mind off it.. It sometimes helps. If not, you might just have to ride it out until your body just gets use to the new routine sans evening fap sessions. It doesn't last for ever!

Hey, Ive actually had the same problems since I was 6 or so, and I know how frustrating it is if you go to sleep at 10 pm for example but only fall asleep at 1 or 2 am. Now I haven't really fixed it completely but I think I can help you at least with a few tips that help me:
-Try to go to sleep every day at like the same hour. An hour later once doesn't hurt, just try to get to bed at a consistent hour. After some time you'll feel pretty tired then and you're asleep within 20 minutes. You'll only see results after 2-3 weeks though.
    - Don't watch tv, or use your computer or your phone or anything with a screen, (because like the light on a screen makes you pay attention, and your brain will be "busy" and thats what you not certainly not want in the 1.5 hours before you get to sleep) in the 1.5 hours before you go to sleep.
-If youve got hunger, you also won't fall asleep

Sorry for my bad english, it aint my first language. Hope this helps you a bit. Years ago I always went sleeping late, but since I average 9 hours sleep per night I feel way more energetic and concentrated during the day and it just makes my life quality better :). Once again, sorry for bad english! Gl mate
