Here are few of the things that I am doing now to keep up the spirits and rise higher in life -
    1. Yoga daily(1 hour)
    2. Awareness to myself(Looking into myself what I am doing)
    3. Meditate daily(even if it is 15 minutes)
    4. Cold Shower everyday
    5. Getting out of my comfort zone
    6. If I am getting bored/urges come into picture -
      1. Go for a 30 min walk
      2. Sketch something
      3. Read books
      4. Meet my friends/new people
Things I am removing from my life when I am alone-
    1. No Social Media(Fb … )
    2. No television, Films or Internet Videos(just for fun)
    3. No Internet Surfing for fun
    4. No Alcohol
    5. No video games
    6. No Sleep in the Afternoon

Videos for people with PMO problems

    Great initiative!

I just highly recommend creating a schedule for these habits and trying to stick to it.

The daily exercise and meditation can totally be 15mns or less. I use daily meditation apps and they often offer 5mn and less meditation sessions. Apps like Headspace.

Key is to just frame each day around the most important part of the day!

If you're a student that's classes. If not that's getting money and avoiding debt!

I think that meditation is one the most important thing. I usually meditate 45minutes everyday and I exercise daily (15 to 20 minutes). Now i'm getting used to cold shower but it's hard. I think that winter is not the best season to get used to cold shower.

I'm new to this too, on week 4 of my first attempt at NoFap.
I'm trying to do cardio and bodyweight exercises five days a week.
Instead of spending lots of time web browsing I'm reading more and trying to find new books to read,
and I'm planning to put more time into practicing the guitar.

Just be careful not to remove all fun from your life. Often we just overwhelm ourselves with responsibilities until we become miserable and then fall back into our habits for missing comfort. Just a thought. If you can keep this schedule and thrive in it, then good for you man :)

Very impressive! I know that I still spend too much time looking at screens. I commend you for reducing or eliminating your Internet and TV usage. Sometimes I'm just so tired that I don't want to do anything that takes effort. Staring at the wall? ;-) Keep up the good work.
