Got an urge for watching porn

    Last night an urge came up, I avoided it and this was present in the morning today as well. I tried to avoid this again but I did something odd, I masturbated but, without any porn just with a fantasy. I thought it is right because I have to kill the urge of watching porn and if this make it go away then I will do it. anyone help me to show how to handle it without masturbating.

    Urges triggers will always be there
    This is hard truth......

    But there r always good small habits also.....

    Try to build when u small good habits ......always hoping good habits will take over ur mind and time and urges will be minimize till tiny ant.....

    This is one of way to handle urges....
