4/4 Fifth step will consist of the rest of the week and no more. You would think that either having to or wanting to is reason enough. Both - no question.

3/5 Completing the step during the weekend will give me some good momentum. You start feeling more confident pretty quickly after finding the right direction.
Keep in mind that you want to take steps forward, not backward. I'm also having the toughest day in a while, but I just need to let time pass, and thoughts with it.
2/6! I overcame a few obstacles this week and it made me stronger. When the urges came, I recognised the moment of struggle as a moment where I would evolve if I stayed there. So I embraced it and continued fighting.
