    Hi Guys. I have tried so many time to quit porn and masturbation, but have failed over the last 10 years. I desperately want to quit and have good sexual relationship with my girlfriend. I am starting a 30 day challenge, as from today.
    Please advice me on what I need to do to stay strong, and not relapse again.
