    I failed the Fap-free October, but I'm not giving up so easily. I'm going to try to finish out this month strong and go for a fap free November.

    Yeah, that's why I emphasise well learnt because sometimes you can learn something but it doesn't really sink in. Feeling sorry for yourself is not wrong but what are you doing to change that situation. It's good that you're identifying the causes.

    It's officially 3 weeks!!! If you feel like giving up tell yourself surely you can have one month without PMO. I don't know about you guys but it has been one heck of a month but I'm glad I chose not to PMO.
