Well made it to today (0900 on 4 February 2024) and then fell. A small improvement given that I have been binging daily over the last few weeks. 90 days now 4 May 2024 at 0900. God be with me in the fight.

Thanks - so far I have been on a spiral downwards. Especially with cams. I was addicted to them before but managed to stop that for about 10 years before starting again in the middle of last year. I don't know what I have gone back on them. They cause me even more shame and distress than the porn.
