Don't Count the Days, Make the Days Count

  1. 3 Amazing things that happened today...
    1. I articulated what I listened to in order to reinforce it in my head.
    2. I had a fun time with my Dylan at the store.
    3. I realized I'm a slave to my past, but the good news is I can break free whenever I choose to.
    What could I have done better?
    1. Made a greater effort to talk to people.
    2. Made a greater effort to educate myself about what I'm selling.
    3. I could've structured my day better.

  2. I am grateful for...
    1. A dad who tried/is trying his best with me.
    2. The ability to think.
    3. The fact that I don't have to be a slave to my past. I have the ability to leave the plantation if I choose to do so.
    What would make today great?
    1. Staying on task at work.
    2. Spending a little time working on my financial future. Every day I choose to act, as well as not act, adds up over the course of the next 6 years.
    3. Choosing to have positive interactions with people.

  6. Hey @DR.LOThbrok it's been going great! I fell off the NoFap wagon again a few weeks back but I'm actively trying to build up another streak! One thing I find that's been very helpful is planning my days out ahead of time--thinking through my entire schedule for the next day and writing down everything I'm going to do. 100% of the time I am more productive on the days I schedule my time than on the days that I don't.

    8:30am - Wake up, chug water, start coffee, regular breakfast
    9:00 - Meditate, 5 minute journal
    9:30 - Cold shower, repeat positive affirmations

    10:00 - Family is in town, spend the day with them.

    Before bed: Work on Charisma U & Self-Authoring program.
