i think prostate cancer is an excuse to relapse:

-First of all you don't masturbate but your goal is, soon or later, to have real sex with girls so your prostate is equally stimulated

-Second of all there are other methods to massage your prostate like kegel exercise

-Third you get naturally rid of your semen having wet dreams

I really don't see where's the problem.

BTW if Nofap really causes prostate cancer i'd the same prefer to live the life i'm living now then when i was PMOing all day.
