    I am a married man. Married since 2013. I have been struggling with porn addiction since my teenage years and didn't realize I was even addicted until around 2011-2012. I've tried everything I could think of and every time, I fall right back into my habits. It would get worse over time and start looking at things that I don't even want to admit looking up. I would look up anything that my mind would be on that would somehow arouse me and look up porn/hentai of it. It's gotten to the point where it's affecting my sex life with my wife. I have trouble keeping it up or staying aroused and I could have developed E.D. Luckily, I have a wife who is supportive of me and doesn't hold anything against me over it and wants to help. I stumbled across a YouTube video by the channel Glink talking about this website and all the science and benefits behind this challenge. It was a funny video but it got me interested and inspired me to try it out. I told my wife and she likes the idea. I will be doing normal mode. No porn or fapping for the next 90 days. The only sexual activities I will be doing is with my wife and my wife only. Wish me luck!
