Did you experience any side effects from not having release?

I only started out on this site this year, so today was the first time since i joined the "not using porn" community.
And i cant say how long it will take me to go crazy again. Probably between 2 and 4 weeks. Once i go crazy again ill MO with the lightest amount of pressure possible, ideally with a condom on as well.
When i was with the girl, we didnt have sex for around 10 days, but when i started it with our first time, we had sex more or less every day.

Cant say how it is going to be with a different girl. Yet.
