Did anyone develop high blood sugar/ diabetes because of excessive masturbation ? Please help

    In the Tao page, Taoist say 2 times max a month can be allowed, right on with my calculation!! I mentioned in the past posts that it takes about 14 days to overcome the side-effects and move on to some positive gains by that time-frame.

    @osimodel Yes I feel like it's a foreign weight or a totally very swollen stomach or bowels feeling. It doesn't feel like just normal bloating, it feels like something's big there blocking it. The only cure is for us to truly maintain a long streak and have normal sex lives after the streak without PMO.

    I am travelling to Paris, France in June, I am really trying hard to maintain this streak so that I will be cured by the time I go on my vacation. It would suck having to worry about my blood sugar on vacation

    No ejaculation either... Can't afford to!
    I had extreme case of addiction. I used to force it even though body couldn't handle anymore damage.

    @Freeddom_Taker Wow, you really mastered this. I feel like you should have been back to normal a long time ago. 28 weeks is a very long time. PMO should not be a temptation after such a long time .... am I wrong or correct ? Do you feel like you almost cured everything you got from this addiction ?

    I'm not cured yet. I still have bad days(paws/brain fog) from time to time. I probably need the whole year for a complete reboot.

    1. Are you getting enough sunshine for vitamin D?
    2. Are you sleeping well? best time for sleep is when you sleep 7-8 hours and wake up at about dawn, when the earth wakes up.

    Vitamin D is very important for optimal testosterone levels and sleep. Can only be readily available through sunshine.
    Artificial light and darkness in particular eat up vitamin D. If we stay home for 24 hours, we only spend vitamin D.
    Also, consuming sugar drains it. I stopped all white sugar.

    I sleep a lot man,days and nights(more than a pregnant woman). It will simply take time to get fixed by the pmo damages(addiction was deep).

    @Freeddom_Taker @osimodel @bken I feel like I am starting to see positive changes in my blood sugar. I woke up this morning after eating white potatoes yesterday night and my blood sugar was 126, It's high but much less than it used to be. This morning I had tea that was sweetened, 2 hours later my blood sugar was 141. I am not taking medications at all.
    So even though I relapsed on day 18 and went right back on another streak, I feel like I am still getting the benefits of the previous streak. I am so encouraged and I am going to keep this streak going ..... It's also morally right to stop being a PMO addict

    How is your stomach doing ? I am on day 12. You can't imagine how much I want my stomach distention gone. It's so uncomfortable having to sit for 8 hours in the office with such a big belly that sticks out. I'm on this streak not to relapse this time. I want to finish at least 90 days and see how I feel.     Hey bro. My distention is almost gone. I estimate 2 more month before it’s completely gone. But ofcourse, there is much more to improve after that.

    Stick to the steak. I almost forgot how miserable I was last summer, and how I feel today.

    @osimodel Thank you so much for getting back to me bro ... So on average, how many days from the beginning did it take you to start feeling like the distention is going away ?? Should I feel complete relief If I manage to stay on my streak hard mode till June ? I am definitely sticking to this streak bro ... Yesterday after coming back from work, my blood pressure was very high. I live in Los Angeles, California and traffic can be pretty bad but my blood pressure was 187/110. When I got back home and relaxed, it went down to 127/76, but that was after taking Magnesium because Magnesium relaxes me. I always take Ashwaghanda which is an indian adaptogen herb supposed to lower your stress hormones.

    @bken Magnesium is definitely helping me lower my blood pressure, especially when I take it with Ashwaghanda and Rodeola

    I will be thankful to God when my distention, blood sugar and blood pressure issues are resolved. PMO is one of the most dangerous addictions. It can kill you young...

    i dunno I sometimes wonder if it's even worse for girls. seems like women LOVE sex but you will see some women EXPLODE after marriage, or having alot of sex, i dunno. some girls seems like nothing, doesn't affect them at all. so it's hard to say for sure.

    but yeah you go on those phone sex lines, and the women are all HUGE when they masturbate a lot, they get REALLY fat. really kind of sad. the inflammation of obesity causes urge to orgasm, too, so it's a vicious cycle. sexual arousal is actually an inflammatory response

    the longer you go the more healed, i'm about totally healed after 2 weeks to a month. various factors determine rate of healing, like physical exercise, obesity, health of the organs.

    for some people maybe orgasm is necessary, too much energy can damage possibly

    my pleasure bro :D It's very good to have a website to come to to stay on track.

    Distention is always slowly going away, as long as, no ejaculation happens. I remember in summer I had huge distention and was afraid to eat full meals fearing the distention could worsen, which made me lack so many nutrients. It resulted in very soft muscles felt especially in heart. Very dangerous... Compared to that time, I only feel little distention which understandably becomes little more aggravated after I eat, and slowly goes away. So, I always felt (like every week) the distention was slowly going away to answer your question.

    That's a very tough question, because it a slow process and depends on many factors. 9 months since last summer, and many relapses in between (on average 2 per month), I don't feel complete relief yet. And this is only relief from the distention, but absolute total relief to get max possible health, I cannot even start thinking about it. That's why we cannot afford another relapse.


    Yes relaxing definitely helps, cause it relaxes the muscles and helps with proper blood flow and sugar metabolism. I usually relax sitting in front of computer and playing some high intensity games or watching a movie.


    I think compared to men, on average women masturbate less. The frequency can vary drastically from country to country or ethnic background. One time, though, I watched on youtube, a little social experiment at the beach, guy was asking random girls on how frequent they masturbate, and majority were saying like every day which shocked me lol. Man they are paving their way to miserable times like us, which is sad. But still, the rate is much higher for men.

    It is not only distention but my entire body is awakening. It's like nutrients can reach more and more remote cells, which have been semi-tired for all these years. When this happens, I lose my mind and immediately sleep overtakes me to repair those cells.

    Yesterday, I ate processed red meat (hot dog or sausage) by mistake. I almost had a wet dream as a result that night. We should stay away from red meat.

    @osimodel Yes red meat can definitely give you urges, red meat is not even healthy anyway. It'd be best to give it up or maybe eat it on like rare occasions. My blood pressure goes up also when I eat it ... By the way when you had high blood sugar issues, how high was it ? was it in the diabetic range ? what were your fasting and after eating levels ??
