Depression hitting me hard on day 25

This is the first time I've made it to 25 days without peeking or cheating on purpose. Anyway, I went out to eat with my family today and just seeing people socializing normally made me depressed. I am not the greatest socializer so seeing people at ease in conversations made me feel like garbage. People my age are getting married having kids and I can't even say "Hello" to anyone without feeling awkward or self-conscious. I am not gonna relapse because of this but it's just repeating in my mind so I needed to get it off my chest.

I'm glad this didn't go unnoticed and even better a reply. Just needed some sort of encouragement for myself. I'll definitely try to stop comparing myself more in the future.

I hope the damage I've done to myself will clear someday and I know it may take a while as well.
