    So day 60 it is..
    I really didn't expect to struggle this much.
    Thoughts of s. keep coming while i interact with women. Desires of PMO hinders in my hands. As it was easier on my left streak of 2500+ days
    I believe it is the hard mode added to difficult family relationships that aggravate the situation .
    I am not sure at all that i can continue this way for long.
    I need love an affection. If not from somebody else at least from myself.

    But the time cost , the images, the feelings after MO are just not satisfying and of course they will escalate.

    A bit lost i must say

    Stay strong we do this together

    It's also weird for me i don't think of journaling i rather continue writing in challenges...
