Camgirls, porn, and lying. What now?

I'm not sure if there's people who have been in the same situation as me. My SO looked at porn, as well as talked to camgirls and escorts privately. It's been a month since d-day, and I'm finding it hard to cope with my anger and invasive thoughts.

Is there ways you and your partner have learned to cope? Or personally how do you cope with it? Not comparing yourself to these women, no lashing out in anger etc. I feel like this has been a major blow to my ego, as well as a lost of respect for my SO.
