I am almost two weeks in, five days of my streak and I feel wired everyday. Now that I am further I feel more fatigued than ever, can someone comment that has had the same. The question is, have you ever become wired after days of nofap then experience high fatigue?

I've heard this is totally normal. However, there are some important things to realize about this fatigue:
    • It will pass. Inevitably. And it's not necessarily caused by NoFap - after all I'm sure you'd get pretty fatigued from time to time before NoFap too! Remember, your subconscious brain is actively trying to find reasons for you to relapse - don't let it trick you into thinking that relapsing will "end the fatigue".
    • Realize that how you feel has no bearing on your capacity to act. If you notice you are tired, then focusing on the fact that you are tired will often make you feel more tired. In reality you're probably nowhere near as tired as you think you are. I mean yeah - you feel fatigued. But if you had to you could do a push up. Or meditate. Or beat that next urge. But if you really are tired...
    • ... take a nap! It's ok :)! A lot of people start NoFap and want to do a million other things at the same time to change their life in an instant. And then they judge themselves when they can't keep all their commitments. But you get tired! You're human! It's normal! Not to mention that the reboot is taxing in and of itself because your brain is constantly learning new things.
I nap 5-6 times a day, and I get more stuff done than I did before! Just don't feel guilty about it :D!

Keep pushing and good luck. And remember to take it slow!

I'm an athlete and I notice the fatigue issue since day 5, and it keeps getting worse, I kept doing my workouts though, and never missed one, and I started feeling improvements since yesterday, I started having more stamina and the muscle fatigue is a little less obvious although still there, I really hope this ends soon.

    best of luck to you

I felt exactly same after two weeks, much fatigue but now it seems all gone. I feel better now.

I slept for 10 hours and still feel tired. Probably just from work last night

  8. Don't fall into that trap! With our hectic modern lives a lot of people never even need to know this, but oversleeping is just as bad as undersleeping, often worse. You'll wake up just as tired after 10 hours sleep as after 6 hours sleep (from my own anecdotes and the anecdotes of others). Even if you've had a long night, or want to "catch up" on sleep don't get more than 8.5 hours of sleep. You might feel tired the next day still, but surprisingly less tired than if you had had a lie in.

I honestly wasn’t trying to catch up on sleep. I set an alarm for 8:30 I was gonna rearrange my house go to the gym . Idk what happened I woke up 1:20 an hour before I have to leave for work which I hate makes my whole day shitty
