A question about PMO

    I have a SO and we have an active sexual life. I also just started in this. I want to quit porn and masturbating, but I am not willing to give up my sexual life with my SO. If I want to quit PMO, does it count if I just quit masturbating and porn, but not to orgasms in my sexual life?

    How you go about your recovery is completely up to you. Some people think that you should avoid the P, M, and O to have the best chance for success. Others just give up P and M and only O with their partner because they feel it helps to (re)establish intimacy together. You have to figure out what works best for you in terms of your goals.
