30 days accomplish
went by a friend house(most of my friends are females so....)

 

I think the problem im having is telling my friends no to sex.
porn is crap imo.
masturbation is for kids.

 

Bro whenever i have some sexual thoughts unintentionally or see some arousal scene i automatically got an errection and then after few min i get ejaculation of sperm itself.... And then i feel upset and masturbate.... This is my cause of failure.... What i should do}?????

 

almost two days! every ending needs a beginning.. no real urges so far..

First of all what happen to you is a normal response to what you see it's called precum ,it's not an ejaculation so it doesn't break your streak.
Secondly try to sway your attention away when this " arousal scene" happens for example if its on TV turn it off or look away.

 

My longest sprint has been 15 days and as if now just avoiding all known triggers.

Has anyone ever read "The Slight Edge"? I recommend it as it is helping me focus on small increments toward success. This site is an example of employing daily effort to achieve a goal, which doesn't seem like much but in reality is what everything amazing is made of. Daily progress for years accomplishes much.

I know, at least now. I start PMO many years before having a wife so is not something that is related to being married or having a significant other. Actually, I started PMO even before my first time. That's how crazy and powerful it was.
