Hi guys.
Today is my day 9.
Woke up, and did some progress around the house..
Also i smoked my last cigarette and from this day on im quitting that sh*t.. planning to be as healthy as i was 6 years ago.
Theres also some miss understanding with my girlfriend that i cant spent my time with beacuse im just too into this nofap thing and i want to spend time on what i like and on what i wasnt able to do all these years, so today im probably gonna broke up with her.

I'll join u guys too. I'm on my 6th day, currently feeling relapsing.. but Trying to keep on going..!! Need to get rid of this addiction from my life. I had enough!!
