90 days — I made it!

Yessssss! After almost a year of relapses I made it to 90 days! Today I feel like I'm in control of myself (I think that's the greatest of all superpowers). Let's hope it lasts because I know that temptation always lurks. I see nofap as building up the strength to withstand the constant daily temptations all around us.

I've learned that just because the world throws sex — and unrealistic sex — at us every day doesn't mean we have to give in.

There is a quote from philosopher, Epictetus, "No man is free who is not master of himself". And that's my goal going forward.

Why have sex control us? We should be in control of sex.

My next milestone will be reaching 100 days.

I've also begun working on building up my patience with others (particularly when I drive!) and slowing my temper down.
