I have been doing 100 pushups a day for almost a month now and people start to tell me that I look more athletic and this is the only thing that changed - I don't even eat more. There is something to that challenge, apparently.

I have done 2610 push ups since april 23rd and I feel some difference when I look into the mirror. It's not a huge difference, but it's good! Doing 100 Pushups feels much more easier now, than the first days. In combination with no pmo I'm really feeling empowered. That's a good challenge and this forum helps to stay on track and not skip a day.

Counter challenge, 100 pushups, 100 squats, 100 situps (terrible exercise imo, do hollow body holds for 3 minutes per day, leg raises / scissors etc. instead if you feel the same), 100 dips, 5 mins planking each day, 3 days at a time (Mon-Wed, Fri-Sund or Tuesday-Thursday, Sat-Mon etc.) for a total 6 days per week. For a month.

Go running on your own time, at least once a week, make sure to stretch everyday and maintain your diet IIFYM, for example.

Yesterday I missend training. I went to the swimming pool and spent the whole day there. When I came home, I felt so tired that I just fell asleep.

  13. I'm totally in. I was wanting to do this a few weeks ago just on my own will, and it's awesome to see that you've got people doing this with you! I'll tell you what, though, I got these weird sore "pulling" sensation in a tendon or something above my elbow. It freaked me out and so I temporarily stopped. Do you think that this will go away over time, or does anyone have a suspicion like I'm doing push-ups with bad posture or something?

I would use my arm to get up out of my seat or simply reach to grab something and I would get this weird nerve buzz, tugging feeling in my elbow.

When you do it often, your muscles will get stronger. the pain will go away. if you think you are damaging your arms, just take a break for a day or two. I had pain too, but it will go away. you will actually learn to withstand the pain even if it's still there. for me it's been a huge change since I started this push up challenge. Not physically (although I see some changes in my upper body) but also in terms of discipline and self respect it helped me alot. Just keep doing it and you will see benefits after a couple of weeks.
