I'm almost a month to win this challenge but I can not fail I did not post any posts in these 2 days for shame but I can say that day 0 and 1 have been completed today is the second day between anger and strange thoughts on my life putting myself myself to complete this challenge and maybe endure much more than 7 days

 

Today is day one. Trying to get through one day at a time.

Today is October 25th, 11:50am and i am finally pledging to start my nofap journey. Gotta start with small goals - i will say 7 days is gonna be tough. The longest i've went is 11 days and that was about 9 months ago. I've been long gone from these forums as I thought masturbating had no effect on me since then. But im back, because i've finally realized that it is in fact affecting me in terms of mental clarity and getting motivation to learn new things and not being lazy.

Day 3, thank to God I'm having no problem

 

First day here, lets get started

 

Day 7: Finished! Just like yesterday today was a really good day with no urges or thoughts to PMO. I'm starting to see some benefits already and I'm thinking I might be entering a flat line I'm not sure yet. Hope to see you all in the 14 day challenge as tomorrow is day 1 for that.
